Chocolate

Chocolate (Listeni/ˈɒklɨt/ or /ˈɒkəlɨt/) is a raw or processed food produced from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. Cacao has been cultivated for at least three millennia in Mexico, Central and South America, with its earliest documented use around 1100 BC. The majority of the Mesoamerican people made chocolate beverages, including the Aztecs, who made it into a beverage known as xocolātl (/ʃo.ko.laːtɬ/), a Nahuatl word meaning "bitter water". The seeds of the cacao tree have an intensebitter taste, and must be fermented to develop the flavor.
After fermentation, the beans are dried, then cleaned, and then roasted, and the shell is removed to produce cacao nibs. The nibs are then ground to cocoa mass, pure chocolate in rough form. Because this cocoa mass usually is liquefied then molded with or without other ingredients, it is called chocolate liquor. The liquor also may be processed into two components: cocoa solids and cocoa butter. Unsweetened baking chocolate (bitter chocolate) contains primarily cocoa solids and cocoa butter in varying proportions. Much of the chocolate consumed today is in the form of sweet chocolate, combining cocoa solids, cocoa butter or other fat, and sugar. Milk chocolate is sweet chocolate that additionally contains milk powder or condensed milk. White chocolate contains cocoa butter, sugar, and milk but no cocoa solids.

Cocoa solids contain alkaloids such as theobromine and phenethylamine, which have physiological effects on the body. It has been linked to serotonin levels in the brain. Some research found that chocolate, eaten in moderation, can lower blood pressure.[1] The presence of theobromine renders chocolate toxic to some animals,[2] especially dogs and cats.
Chocolate has become one of the most popular food types and flavors in the world. Gifts of chocolate molded into different shapes have become traditional on certain holidays: chocolate bunnies and eggs are popular on Easter, chocolate coins on HanukkahSanta Claus and other holiday symbols onChristmas, and chocolate hearts or chocolate in heart-shaped boxes on Valentine's Day. Chocolate is also used in cold and hot beverages, to produce chocolate milk and hot chocolate. Around three quarters of the world's cacao bean production takes place in West Africa.

What is Bistro?

bistro, sometimes spelled bistrot, is, in its original Parisian incarnation, a small restaurant serving moderately priced simple meals in a modest setting. Bistros are defined mostly by the foods they serve. Slow-cooked foods like braised meats are typical.[citation needed]
Bistros likely developed out of the basement kitchens of Parisian apartments where tenants paid for both room and board. Landlords could supplement their income by opening their kitchen to the paying public. Menus were built around foods that were simple, could be prepared in quantity and would keep over time. Wine and coffee were also served. The limited space for diners in these cramped corners prompted the tradition of adding table service to the footpath.[citation needed] As the idea caught hold, architecture and menus both became more specific.[citation needed]
The word bistro may derive from the Russian быстро (bystro) which means quickly. According to an urban legend, it entered the French language during the Russian occupation of Paris in 1815. Russian cossacks who wanted to be served quickly would shout "bystro." However, this etymology is not accepted by several French linguists as there is, surprisingly, no occurrence of this word until the end of the 19th century.[1][2][3].
Another version is that it is an abbreviation of bistrouille[4], a French term for brandy mixed with coffee.

Qatar; rich, Motors, Cats, Taxis….

The people of Qatar are rich and prosperous as well. When I came here I found interesting matter for Cars and motors. Cars and motors company are everywhere and the most popular matter is Qatari people are fond of replacing the car once a year. Most of the people doesnot want to use the same car for the long years, even Americans also do the same but I found here a bit interesting. Most of the popular brands for Qatari people are land rover, Audi, JEEP, Mercedes Benz, mustang, Ferrari, Lamborghini, BMW etc. The quit interesting topic is this that Lamborghini the expensive motor company are familiar here. I found the showrooms for Harley Davidson too. People ride out the bikes mostly at night times. And the day times only the delivery man. People buy motors for their enjoyment here in Qatar.

Second hand cars are mostly very cheap here; even normal people can buy a car here from abroad. Some brands which we can get here as a cheap brands are Toyota, Nissan, kiya, etc. I don’t want to personalize these matters with the company but this is the fact I found here. The most interesting matters is the illegal taxies we can found in Qatar. People who come Qatar for working as a driver buy a second hand car and ride it in off duty period and he earns some money, which is the familiar for Qatar. But that is really illegal and if ever police found this then this matter can be dangerous too. So be aware from the illegal taxies!!!

The only one brand taxi we can find here in Qatar is “Karwa.”  Which is a big company but the matter is we rarely find these taxies when we need it. So, we have to choose the optional way, which is illegal taxi.

The most I found on the way is not Qatari people but instead I found “Cats”, I stay near the airport and near my accommodation I can see lots of black cats roaming here and there. Some of them sit over the car’s bonnet, and some of them sleep into the garbage trolley.
